Cassoulet vegano - Tui Alimentos
Hoje tivemos uma deliciosa refeição em casa e não precisei cozinhar! Experimentei a ótima ideia da Tui Alimentos: refeição pronta, bastando apenas levar ao fogo. Não precisa temperar, preparar ou escolher alimentos: tudo vem pronto dentro do pacotinho.
O prato foi o cassoulet, feijoada "branca" típica da França. No mesmo esquema da feijoada brasileira, o prato é preparado com carne de porco e feijão, só que branco. Então só muda mesmo a cor do feijão.
Achei maravilhosa a ideia da Tui Alimentos de produzir alimentos assim, super práticos, e o melhor de tudo: veganos! Na minha experiência ministrando aulas de culinária desde 2009, notei que uma das principais dificuldades das pessoas era no tempero. Quando se junta à falta de tempo, comum nos dias de hoje, os alimentos prontos são a melhor solução! Nada de desperdício, basta colocar o conteúdo numa panela e seguir instruções de quantidade de água e tempo no fogo.
Além de tudo isso, a ótima notícia é que a Tui Alimentos agora tem o Certificado Vegano! Que orgulho!
